History

Echo Graphic was founded in 1970. Since the very beginning, more than 50.000 film processors for the worldwide PCB and NDT industry has been produced. We have always been well-known for the quality that our Film Processors delivers along with a unique service offering.

The production of online processors for imagesetters began already in the late 1970s and since then, we have developed online solutions for all major brands of imagesetters.

Echo Graphic is today a well consolidated privately owned company.

Through the years, our products have been sold under three different brands: Hope, Carnfeldt and Echo Graphic. All new machines manufactured are labelled Echo Graphic. Service and support for the discontinued brands is still available, and so is spareparts.

In 2012, we launched a new business divison that works within the flexographic printing industry. The worldwide flexo market is increasing, and by using our experience from development of phototools for the PCB industry, we have invented a whole new design to perform mounting of polymer printing plates when preparing for new printing jobs. We have high expectations to this product, and are committed to help flexographic printing companies improve their current equipment, processes and quality.

PCB Compatibility

Our PCB Film Processors are compatible with all leading PCB silver films on the market, such as Kodak, Fuji and Agfa.

Where is the PCB market headed?

During the years, many different companies has delivered machines for automatic film processing to PCB manufacturers. However, no one has the same experience as Echo Graphic. Up until recently, another Danish company were also delivering film processors: Glunz & Jensen (G&J). They have decided to exit this market to focus on other activities. If you are looking to replace either the full processor or specific spare parts to a processor from G&J, please do not hesitate to contact us for support.
